Im trying to book my flight using this Go Rewards app. There is an error after choosing the flight sating "Restart your password if issue persist", I already reset my password but still have an error. I tried logging out many times and restarting the app bust still issue persist. I cant use points and book at this app. Please fix this issue.

Slow. Unable to add a particular travel groupmate despite numerous attempts. Despite adding travel groupmates, fare and addons only reflect those for the actual accountholder. Thousands of points have been accrued for travel purposes only to find out app does not allow for companions. Pls fix.

Who ever made the new update on this botched it badly i cannot log in alway getting eror message about system issuebut i can log in fine on the website. Making having the rewards membership useless. Cause Qr code is not visible on website. I guess its time looking for alternative grocery rewards now. Edit. 2/4/24,app still does not work on samsung a22 model. And you customer service does not reply to messages.
