Well done!

A good fast application, but there is something that can be improved.
Menu lines are not separated, individual lines, they all merge into one whole and I would make separate larger buttons to go to other additional menus, they are very small and in general, good work of programmers and very fast operation of the application.

Solid mobile banking app with interesting interaction design

It's pretty nice, especially compared to other Belarusian apps I've checked.

There are some minor flaws, I would even say mostly inconveniences - account balance doesn't update unless you fully close and open application (developers promise to fix it, though), direct interaction isn't as smooth as intended drag-and-drop mechanic and I often find it easier to back out from opened account or saved payment rather than proceed with it, and there's aound second or so lag after opening app from sleep till it asks for touchid - if you tried to do something in this timespan you'll either have to redo it or get hang up on infite loading screen.

Thanks for your feedback. 1. Yes, we'll fix account balance update (probably till the end of the year). 2. Please clarify what do you mean by direct interaction? 3. We agree that the app is not going well after opening from sleep, this issue is in our backlog.

Unintuitive UI and a lot of annoying bugs

Just give it to any person who have never used it and look at his pain and suffer when he’s trying to do any regular action. For example, transfer money to another card. Especially to another Alfa bank client. It’s supposed to be easier but in fact it’s extremely tricky action. And bugs! For example you can’t change the delivery address for your new card. In fact you can change it but there is no way to save it! Save button still inactive whatever you are trying to do. Please hire an UX designer. And a tester. The good one.
