I was able to loan immediately after they have called me. This app was great and the charge is fair enough unlike those other platforms who claims that you can pay it for how many months and the interest was so frustrating. So many charges. And you must pay it within 7 days timeframe. But this app is so reliable. I still give 5 stars even though they we’re so annoying who keeps on calling you 2 days prior to your due date. Different numbers all day. Even though you already explained when you will be able to make the repayment. You should minimize calling your clients because it was really a bother during hours. And it was clear on the app what time you should call us. You better improve on that specific area unless it was already the due date. Thankyou.

I been using this app smoothly since February 2023 and I have a good credit standing - always make sure to pay on time or even pay in advance of my due date but recently I fully paid all my due date in advance my reloan was "REJECTED" and I don't know why. I called the customer service and according to them the approval is system generated . Upon rejecting my reloan I have to wait a month before I can reapply again. Bit sad because I really need that funds but its ok maybe i will just wait for a month. Hopefully I can avail again a loan.

Just a heads up guys... Maintaining a good credit standing doesn’t guarantee reloan. Today, January 20, 2024, I paid the 7K loan plus 1,044 interest, eventhough my due date is on February 5, 2024, which is 2weeks early.. even from my previous loan, I always pay days in advance. To my surprise, I plan to reloan but suddenly got rejected. I contacted their online chat support but told me to reapply after a month. No great other options provided to clients for always paying on time, and declining without acceptable reason. Their agent who assisted me online names “Ar-jay” just said that he can’t do anything about it because it’s a system generated application. So for new clients who will be approved today? celebrate and be happy and think that you can only experience that once or twice. and will be declined thereafter.
