Unable to communicate or update profile

I pretty much paid for an app that doesn’t allow you to update your profile or contact them smh

Cant enter your own food

I bought the upgraded app because it looked like a good way to track your macros. Once in the app, there is no way to enter your own foods. They have their foods and recipes built in, but you cant make your own. I tried entering my keto coffee and protein shake but it is not in their system, I tried entering my homemade keto sausage but again, the ingredients are not in their system. Disappointment. I want my money back.

Worst App

Honestly I just downloaded this app today and I am trying to get a full refund. Was not at all what I was expecting. There are the same 10 recipes to pick from and no ability to scan or track different meals. This app is not user friendly at all and trying to contact customer support you have to go through Facebook messenger and no one has returned my message.
