The map doesn't work properly. I was pretty sure that I pin my location had 2 order different time ans both of driver complaints that my location is wrong. Took screen shot from the apps ans it shows my location is exactly where is my house dont understood why the driver gor wrong location. Please fix this problem.

This is so disappointing. Two orders, out of four orders were sucks. The courier run too many orders at the same time resulting a super late delivery. This is so inappropriate for business!!! Seriously?? You still call this app is for business? Unbelievable!

Bad courier service, it took half an hour to pick up and two hours for delivery. It was only 12 km, no traffic and no rain. The courier did not respond any messages or calls. The customer service also couldnt locate the courier. And when i asked for the compensation, they only said..... No compensation because it was only late delivery.... Hello.. i requested the instant courier... Two hours was not instant... #autouninstall
