Love this game
I love it very much. Play until unlock my mendake evolution skin. But when i update to latest patch at app store. My game become lag and my mendake after school skin dont appear, it like shadow of the skin. Play with ip5. Hope u can update a new patch so the bug can be erase. Try to uninstall and install back but still same. Lag and keep crush with 420 ping even with my unifi and my 4g data. If this case keep on goin i will go playing my mlbb again. I stop mlbb for 1 and a half month to play this game.
Game Popularity
I truly wish for the day NetEase decides to promote this game further in SEA region, and not focus entirely in the China server. We are missing out on the absolute latest update including collaboration Shikigami. The matchmaking here in SEA can take you forever if you are playing unranked above 2-3AM. That means there’s just nobody to play with during those times. Player count is likely very low here in SEA, which is probably why they are not focusing SEA region, stupid MLBB is conquering the Mobile MOBA market here, but there’s nothing wrong with a little extra marketing and advertising. The game is good, and it has its own unique attributes, why not ? I truly mean unique, since majority of the shikigami (atleast the more recent ones) are one-of-a-kind. Not merely a copy paste of abilities from another game (DOTA 2, etc). The Fog of War system is also another to note. You get 2 free skins after the end of each Season. Come on, NetEase..

Improve report system, language translate n hero balance
Hi developers, I actually love Onmyoji series, including Onmyoji Arena. But there is few point that i makes me feel uncomfortable for this game.
1. The report system. I met many rude players while i’m playing this game. They using many bad words to blame teammates. After the game I usually report them, but not even one time it actually works. This problem may cause those rude players being more rude just because the report is not working.
2. Language translate system. In Asia server, there have many different language user, but the translation in game chat is not accurate, it causes an unconvenience on communication.
3. Balance of heroes. There are a huge gap in same position hero, some of them are too strong and some of them are weak.
Hope developer may fix these problem.
