Ordered two wines from Vinsent, both showed on the app with their expected delivery dates. However, it has been over a year since they were supposed to be delivered and neither ever arrived. Vinsent support says that they can't locate the first order details, though they confirmed that "a bug" showed the wine in the app on my account. They gave other reasons regarding the second wine's delay. That was 8 months ago. Still no wine... Now the app doesn't even open. I would look elsewhere.
