WHICH HOME VISIT SUITS YOU BEST?
Disease symptoms from the ears, throat, stomach or respiratory tract are the most common reasons for seeking care. The symptoms are often caused by conditions that should be treated medically so as not to worsen, such as bacterial infections.

In order for a doctor to be able to make an accurate diagnosis and provide the right type of advice and treatment, a video call is usually not enough. Instead, a physical examination and sampling are needed to know. Otherwise, there is a great risk that you will get a wrong diagnosis of your problems. That's why Ally exists.

WHY A HOME VISIT?
Common ailments can have different causes, so it is often necessary to do a physical examination. It can take place at the health center, but if you do not want to or can not get there, Ally is here for you. These are the most common ailments you seek care for:

Throat
If you get a viral infection in your throat, no treatment is needed. However, if you have a sore throat, it should be treated with antibiotics. The only way to know what you are suffering from is to do a thorough physical examination of your neck.

Ears
In order to be able to make a definite diagnosis of the most common ear problems, a doctor must be able to see into the ear canal.

Respiratory tract
A viral infection that has spread to the respiratory tract heals on its own. But a pneumonia must be treated. And in order to know for sure what you have suffered, a physical examination must be done where a doctor can listen to the airways.


CHILDREN
With Ally, you can book medical care for children over the age of 1 and get help with, among other things, allergies, stomach problems, skin rashes, fever, cough and pain. Our doctors and nurses have a good habit of working with children and young people and always ensure that your child and you as a guardian receive a safe, secure and personal treatment.

HOW DOES IT HAPPEN?
Download the app and log in safely and securely with BankID. Fill in your profile, answer a health survey and get one of our services recommended based on your symptoms. Choose a time, confirm that all information is correct and pay by card or Klarna directly in the app. One of our doctors or nurses will then come to your home at the appointed time.
