Exceptionally poor localization. My app setting is English but almost everything is in Thai. If something goes wrong, good luck getting help, you're given a million options to choose from in Thai instead of an actual chat. Select the wrong one you get booted. Select the right one, someone only speaking Thai will message you and then close the chat. Also orders are frequently cancelled, 0 stars.

Most of the times orders will get cancelled. When you manage to get a order, its often a driver that will be 45 minutes away from the restaurant, so the total delivery can some time exceed 2 hours. Good selection of restaurants, but the software does not calculate driving distance and selection of riders well enough. The last two orders I ended up ordering from grab while waiting, and receive food and even eat, before I got food from Lineman.

If you are an international user, dont bother. This app doesnt want you to use it. You MUST use a Thai number to make orders. Just stick with Grab or FoodPanda, way more user friendly and better customer service
