Worst Experience. To Much buffering, Repeated products shown again and again.If not able to provide smooth experience don't release app please, improve website, Customer are happy with websites also. No need of lagging app. Also i want to calim warranty on my order but no option provided. No one answers WhatsApp chats since august 2023. At the time of buying they calls and msg many times bothering between working hours but after sales no service provided.

The customer care picks the phone only for placing order, not for any other query or cancellation... greatly disappointed.

I just tried to buy two glasses from the app. Added the products in the cart. When I tried to checkout after I did the payment the app showed a redirection page with a timeout. After the timeout nothing happened. The amount was deducted from my account and yet, no order was placed. I called the customer support. They asked me to send a mail. As per advice I send them a mail and they just keep closing the raised tickets. I've mailed them three times. Still nothing. This is absolutely fraud.
