Very bad customer service as u did not get a call back from the designated techncian since more than a week and then i was contacted by the app support that they will close my request because i did not contact the technician. What a bad and unorganized management. Out if my experience i don't trust this app and i still will go the conventional way.

Sorry to hear this. Kindly note that you have full control in selecting, contacting, and replacing the provider through the app. If the provider was not responding or offered a high price, you could log in to Rafeeg and replace the provider by another. All these options are available on the request page.

Bad service and very disappointing. I had to call another plumber to fix what they did and clean after them. Work should have been done in a day as promised but took them three days and left without completing their job. I am putting more money on fixing their *work*. Such a waste of time, energy, and money.

lateness in reply, not committed to the timing they promise and the prices they offer is triple the market price... usually you are willing to pay higher when it comes with good service but huge difference in prices with market without service doesn't make any sense...
