Worst app, renders product useless! Don’t buy!
Every time this app is being updated, it keeps asking me for my phone number for ‘support purposes through Whatsapp’ and it doesn’t allow me to enter the app without providing the number. To make it worse, even when I do provide the number, it never sends the OTP to be able to log in. So I now have a useless scale where I cannot use any of the smart features because this problematic app will not work. Please remove the requirement for a phone number altogether, it ruins the whole experience. Also, for anyone considering buying a product from this brand - DON’T, it’s a waste of money and their customer support is useless.

Also we would like to let you know that this is the only App that you can use with Actofit Smartscale. The device measures 15 body composition metrics and the App displays it. Further, in the App you will receive an AI chatbot that will provide lifestyle recommendations based on your health profile. Overviewing that data over a period of weeks and months, will help you understand how your health is changing on the App directly.
App needs to be fine tuned a lot
I was using old app but today it got new UI which is even more less user friendly.
The scale is fine i guess but all i want is the data to do my own analysis. Would appreciate it if i could get the data exported in form of excel file. Or maybe on cloud which i can see on my laptop browser and do my own analytics. There is plenty of data but no meaningful way to use in the app.
