What’s New
Version 4.92.1
Our latest update has added the “Group ride” feature to the Map home page, helping you conveniently start trips with your riding companions. Additionally, we have refined our reset mechanism for Pass expiration date and allocation of daily free riding minutes. Instead of resetting at midnight, it now resets every 24 hours following a successful payment.

Nice to ride around but parking location is BAD
Why are we only allowed to park our scooters at specific location marked “P” on the map when there’s so many designated parking areas (aka yellow boxes) below hdb blocks? Isn’t this e-scooter initiative here to help people with their first and last mile travel? What use would it be if we still have to walk after returning our scooters?

We hear your pain. Unfortunately, we are restricted on station placements by the LTA. We are looking into partnering with more private enterprises to expand our stations to make scooting more convenient for riders like yourselves. Please bare with us, and we hope you atleast enjoyed the ride!

Useless management
It was useful at first. But I couldn’t end my trip even when i park at the allocated park spot. Reported that i cant end my trip and i need to go off immediately. It ended up im paying $80+ for some people who’s been riding it. It’s ridiculous to pay such amount when i cant end my trip and Neuron is not doing anything about it! It has been a week and i cant ride Neuron because of the outstanding amount i have. Please reimburse back my money and clear the outstanding i have as I reported sincerely that i cant end my trip!!
