I have played in a lot of different online casinos and this is hands down easily the worst I have ever played on. It freezes constantly if you are on mobile it is impossible to play on any actual live casino games you can only do slots (which freeze a lot) I never made it as far as trying it on a computer before deleting it. Straight up robbery. And the ‘bonus deposit’ feature essentially merges the bonus and your own money into one would not recommend. So for example if you have £100 total this consists of £50 of your money and £50 bonus and it combines the two, so if you bet £50 and win £100 so double your money, you actually are betting £25 and winning £50. This is done so that you can’t actually withdraw what you’ve won as it claims it is ‘bonus credit’. I have never hated a casino experience more than this and this is not just another troll of a review I saw the reviews and ignored them as had seen adverts that seemed appealing. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. There is nothing enjoyable about this experience and for your sake and the sake of keeping your own money never download this app as you are guaranteed to lose anything you put in to an outright scam. And if 32 Red see this comment feel free to reimburse me for your broken site but I won’t hold my breath...

This is the worst casino app I have ever played. I feel completely ripped off. Cannot breath without it cutting me off, must have signed back in 50 times in half hour, funnily enough when I may have actually won something.
Play £2 a spin and the most you get is 20p win if your lucky. How’s that even close to being fair? £38 played for a terrible experience. What’s more I tried to withdraw my £10 I originally paid but it just kept saying the money in the account was bonus and couldn’t withdraw. So even if I got up to £100 I wouldnt be able to withdraw anyway. (I tried when I won some small amounts and when I was low on funds it made no difference) my point is I feel I have been ripped off I will tell anyone and everyone to stay clear. I think this needs to be reported as the app is fraudulent and taking money off people. I understand gambling rules, you win some and you loose. I know I’m wasting my breath as I will not get my money back but PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD! Save yourself from wasting your time and money. OK, I think it is true to say that I would be one the first to doubt the moral standards of any outlet to which gambling is a factor, but this is truly off the scale! Trust me, I will be going out of my way and to the extreme, to ensure that justice is done. I am not prepared to reveal a great deal regarding my individual case as I will be taking this matter further. All I can say to those considering using this app or any other method to access 32Red is simply do not. No, I am not the disgruntled person who has just lost a significant amount of money, therefore throwing a tantrum and looking to blame anything other than myself - I am the person who knows precisely what 32Red have done and perhaps more importantly, I am the person who knows the appropriate avenues to which one should go down in resolving such matters.
